* 4 cups filtered water
Instructions
1. Gently rinse the lemon balm leaves. 2. Place the leaves in a pitcher and pour the water over them. 3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to infuse. 4. Strain the leaves before serving.
